Taekwondo Classes at Laurel Community Church, Tuesdays & Thursdays starting Sept 8th
Taekwondo Classes
Hello, my name is Hannah Heyob, and starting Tuesday, September 8th of '09, I will be teaching another term of Taekwondo at Laurel Community Church.
The Taekwondo class will be from 1:15-2:30 P.M. in the gym every Tuesday.
There is also a shorter class on Thursdays from 1:30-2:15 P.M.
All ages are welcome, and that includes adults!
The class is very family oriented and kid-friendly. There are beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, so you don't need to know anything prior to taking this class.
The class is a great way to learn self-defense, discipline, have fun and get some exercise!
About me:
I am a 2nd Dan black belt in Taekwondo. I have been teaching this class for a year; I also taught private lessons prior to this class, and I am the assistant instructor in a more advanced class. I am 15 years old, and come from a Christian homeschooling family. I am a Christian, so the class will be taught in a Christ-honoring manner.
What you need to do to join this class:
The FIRST CLASS for every family is FREE, so just come in wearing loose clothing (sweat pants and a T-shirt, for example) and be ready to have some fun!
Each class is $8 per family, and you can pay per class or per month, whichever is easier for you.
