"MrOliver lawton" can't even type his supposed name and title right. He abbreviates "Advertising" to "Advert" and puts the period after "Manager." 
I didn't even highlight all the punctuation and capitalization problems, but I would certainly not hire someone with such poor spelling and punctuation as my advertising manager unless he was really good at everything else and had a literate secretary to proofread all his ads. But of course, this guy isn't really from the UK like he infers through the phone numbers I edited out, but from the home of the infamous 419.
