can you UN-delete???
help! one of our mods deleted an entire thread by mistake, is there any way to get it back?
i searched this board for this Q&A but didn't find anything. i'm not sure if this is urgent, as i'm thinking maybe there is a time limit to how long you can retrieve deleted threads or something....

Your mod has a shot at undeleting the thread by hitting the back button to where the thread is still showing, unchecking the box and hitting submit. It has worked for me in the past but only about half the time so there is no guarantee...

Wow, I never thought that would've been possible. I'll have to make a test thread or two (or three, if the first two don't work) and try that out myself.
Jenn, sorry to hear you lost the thread. I hope it wasn't a popular one.

It was a really strange run of events that caused me to try this when I was testing one of my skins. I thought I had discovered a trick because it worked like 3 times in a row but then I could only get this to work like twice in the next 10 tries... I guess that's actually 33% of the time or less. Still, low percentage or not I say it was worth the shot because just like those slot machines in Vegas, sometimes you win!

It's possible, I use the back button a lot when editing so I don't have to go through the control panel selection sequence every time...

I do it after I have posted too  I click submit then hit the back bar to get back to the forum I was reading. Im a big fan of the back button.
