Hebrew Forum
Hello,
I was wondering if I can make my forum in Hebrew?
Can I make my forum be Right to Left instead of Left to Right?
Changing everything else is not a problem.

Re: Hebrew Forum
Thor (Owner of Runboard) has no problems in changing the text strings on your board to HEBREW. To change the text strings see the custom language set in your control panel.
But note*
The signups, control panel and a couple of text strings will remain in English language.
However there is no way to make the stuff go right to left. (Possibly java-script but I dont know much about that.)

Re: Hebrew Forum
Jag, it's not just to align it right or left, it's the fact that Hebrew is read from right to left - like reading English backwards, so to say. Unless people wanted to type their words backwards, there is no way of solving this by "simply" aligning a text.
The whole orientation of a board would have to be turned around - or at least every text part. Some of it might be solved by aligning and typing backwards - the language set, for example, but it would still be awkward to use.

Re: Hebrew Forum
I've seen a few arabic forums on runboard... While I have no idea about how, I'm sure you can make your text appear from right to left using CSS.

Re: Hebrew Forum
Its probably easiest to figure out the text outside of runboard and once you have all the text strings ready, just copy and paste them.

Re: Hebrew Forum
Thanks for the info everyone!
Changing the string is not the problem. The Left to Right text is. Maybe CSS is the way to go, I'll try out a few stuff later on and see how it goes.
Meanwhile - maybe you know how to add a:
<p dir="rtl" lang="HE" align="right" ...
tag in the CSS file?
This is what turns the hebrew language.
