Cancellation Of One's Own Account

Can anyone please tell me how If I wanted to to cancel, delete or suspend one's own account?

Or If I've never used my own runboard.com account for a long time, does that mean that my account is automatically suspended?

At the moment, a runboard account cannot be deleted.

As has been suggested before, change your password, forget it and never open your account again.
