Re: GLAD RAG EURO-RALLYCROSS 2008 haha thanks everyone for all your help.
george, this time you wont catch up to me in orger to push me haha! but anyways, yeah that manlift would be fantastic for a videographer who isnt afraid of heights and who is willing to film all the races so mikey kamm dosent have to cut and paste everything from various cameras. cause i know he wont do that again haha. so yeah, if your willing to bring the man lift for the camera guy. that would be great. (I WOULD ALSO RECOMMEND THAT PEOPLE PUT NUMBERS ON THE ROOF FOR CAMERA GUY, BUT NOT REQUIRED)
Any volunteers for a videographer? i do have a sony handicam witha long life battery. i dont know the best way to take the footage off though after filmed.
Re: 2008 Glad Rag Euro-Rallycross ull have to talk to mr. long about that one. i recall im waiting for a pic too... lol but cool! if george brings the man lift, u can film. ill give u a cooler and stuff. u can come down between races and u gotta try and get all the action lol!
Re: 2008 Glad Rag Euro-Rallycross Tom,
If you remember I was using my Daughter's cheap point and shoot Camera, so that coupled with my bad photography skills means I did not get and good action shots. Here are some I took that day.
This shot from the dirt side of the course shows how little underbrush there is.
This is left turn at the top of the drag strip.
This is where we need to put the drainage pipe.
Re: 2008 Glad Rag Euro-Rallycross I don't know what you're talking about Mark. Your pics look great to me!
I like the pic that shows where the culvert pipe needs to go.
Update: Mike Glock has donated two 12" diameter galvanized pipes that are 16 foot long each. Tommy plans to go pick them up this weekend. But we still need at least one more length of pipe as 32' is not wide enough for this passing zone.
Anyone got some more pipe to donate?
REMEMBER: Tommy updates this thread backwards. In other words, keep checking the first post. You will find the new schedule there.
