During conflict, there is pain. Pain is caused when both sides fight and hurt one another. Attacking based on fear only brings more fear. Both sides of the problem need to see that it will end harmoniously if they both agree to disagree and move on. No harm will be done and the end will be fair. Small sacrifices from the personal side will be for the greater good of all involved. If you're in a dispute with someone, know that it will be worked out in a fair and just manner. Fighting harder will only hurt more. Be diplomatic and fair and things will fall into place.

That's interesting because every hurdle we had to my husbands new job was cleared. On the other hand, learning to quiet my mind? Not so easy. I do try to hold positive thoughts but then something always happens.

I have the hardest time clearing my mind. I'll think I've got it, then little things creep in and totally throw off the whole meditation process.

Listen more, talk less. Take time out from the noise of the world. Meditate. Sit quietly and alone, contemplate- even nap if you must. Just don't worry about the world, it will be there when you are ready to face it again. Don't make any decisions right now, allow your mind to rest. You'll know when its time to go back out into the world, but for now, ease your mind. You need the break.
