If you're overloaded and begin to feel resentment from doing everything, you're doing no one any favors, least of all, yourself. Maat: Fairness. "This situation will be handled in a fair and just manner."
During conflict, there is pain. Pain is caused when both sides fight and hurt one another. Attacking based on fear only brings more fear. Both sides of the problem need to see that it will end harmoniously if they both agree to disagree and move on. No harm will be done and the end will be fair. Small sacrifices from the personal side will be for the greater good of all involved. If you're in a dispute with someone, know that it will be worked out in a fair and just manner. Fighting harder will only hurt more. Be diplomatic and fair and things will fall into place.

Nurturing a cause or relationship is a long-term commitment, no need to rush things. This type of devotion is from a deep love, not a fleeting emotion. Don't worry what other people think- you don't need to do things on their time-clock. Only you will benefit from your efforts, not theirs. Slow and steady progress is what is important to life.
