Being indoors too long is not natural for anyone. There's plenty to see and feel if you step outside. Even if you cannot totally immerse yourself in nature- enjoy what you can. Watch the squirrels frolic on the sidewalk, see the birds dance on the breeze. Notice the new plants and flowers come to life. Take an early morning and enjoy the sunrise. Embrace the little things that connect you to nature. Take in the beauty of the early morning dew on a spider web. Touching nature will help you get through your day.

Start by noticing the small gifts you receive throughout the day- whether its noticing the beauty in nature or a simple gesture from another.
