Queensland contact list
Fellow Queenslanders,
I am looking at putting together a database of email addresses for anyone who wishes to be contacted in the event of a forum organised outing.
If you wish to be on this list, please click on the email or PM button below and send me a message stating your forum ID and your email address. I will send you an email from my BlackThunda email account and then save your address into my contact list.
This will then be used to send out an all persons email to advise you of when a run is being planned in Queensland, you can then go online and check out the forum for further details. Anyone who is planning a trip and would like the forum members to know of it, feel free to send me an email and I will send out an all person email so people can check the forum for details. This I feel, would be ideally suited for those who do not get to regularly check the forum out but would still like to know of events as they are planned.
This is not meant to take the place of regular viewing of the forum, and I can't stress enough, this is actively encouraged. This is merely a notification for those who do not have the opportunity to get online often.
Rest assured:
*This email address will be used exclusively for Xtrail Forum communication
*Original email will be used for communication of an upcoming event.
*Any further event communication will go through the events forum threads.
*No spam, forwards, junk or chain emails will be sent to you from me.
*Email addresses will not be sold or forwarded to advertising companies.
I have spoken to Jalal and assured him of my intentions and it has been authorized by him as admin of the forum. He will be CCed on such group emails via the admin email address. This should give you guys a bit more trust and comfort that it is not meant to be used as spam.
Thanks and look forward to hearing from any and everyone in Qld. Let's get out there and have some fun.
