I am keen but cannot make the 28-29 weekend (the other three in November are free). I have been to Stockton twice before so I can find the exit.

Hi Folks, Sorry I have not got back to you all in regard to this trip in recent days but have been to New Zealand for past week for step sons wedding. Only seen 3-4 exy's in that time.Only got back 3 hours ago. Will post again tomorrow.

Hi folks, Perhaps if you put your name & preferred date down we could decide by majority vote when to have this trip. The dates would be either the weekend of 21/11/09 or 28/11/09. Any other suggestions are welcome. We could do Stockton Beach on Saturday & another trip on the Sunday to some where else or whatever in the Hunter Valley or Newcastle area.. You are all invited to our place in Newcastle to a BBQ on the sunday for a bite to eat before you return to Sydney or other destinations. Details will be posted when we know no's etc.

We are not available for w/end of 28th as we just received our invitation for wife's large corporate annual xmas party at Darling Harbour Convention Centre that night. A week or 2 earlier than expected. November 21st or 5th december would be ok for us. Sorry about that.

Since the choices were Nov 21 or Nov 28, my preference is Nov 28th.
I may also have 3 other 4WD's willing to come along then too.

I don't think I will be able to come along anytime in Nov or early Dec.
Very busy time of year for me.
