Oh come on - plenty of nice tracks for an Xtrail in the Kenilworth region from my past years of running club trips out of Charlie Moreland.....
spent near on 10 years camping and tripping up that way and driving in the scrub - and depending on rain, it can be easy or hard (one time I spent 8 hours getting back out of easy tracks in a GU running lockers and Simex Centipedes after the heavens opened and I kept sliding into the spoon drains).....

So do not forget that you can bring family and friends as well.
The second meet up would be better suited to the main highway as that is where we will be traveling!
So if you have any ideas guys please put them forward, if not I will be traveling to Caloundra the week-end before for a week-end away and will select one on the way up and post it as the second meet-up.

I was thinking either the BP at Morayfield. I am on the far north-side of Brisbane, so that or somewhere on the way is fine with us...

It is just the point that we will not be leaving the highway and that BP is off towards Caboolture so I will do a recon and report back with a second meet-up.
