Re: The ultimate x-trail ???

One of our staff members saw a white Police X-Trail today at Capalaba (in Brisbane's east). She said she thought about using her phone to take a pic, but wisely decided against breaking the law for proof emoticon

Re: The ultimate x-trail ???

I see it's been a while since anyone has posted on this thread, but just wanted to add my two cents...

See this Exy all the time when I drive up and down Byng St - parked out front of the police station. Still looks bloody excellent even more than a year after it was acquired! emoticon

(I wonder if it gets driven much?? Seems to spend alot of its time parked out the front!!).

Ah well, great to see an Exy on the force, keeping us citizens of Orange safe emoticon

Since Brett mentioned it is being used by "management" I guess it doesn't get to see a lot of road action and it's only being used for commuting to work and back emoticon

Re: The ultimate x-trail ???

Kind of a waste of a good Exy really isn't it?!?! Well, I hope I'm somewhere in the vicinity ready to take a photo when I see it flying past in a blaze of lights and sirens...... so long as it's not me they're after!! emoticon

No reason they would be of course...... emoticon

Re: The ultimate x-trail ???

I was waiting for a train, going to pick up the Exy after it's service, when I noticed a ambulance and three police cars arrive at a local school, an incident of some sort, well one was a Exy with lights flashing, no siren, and it did look good.

So the Exy is being used for jobs here in Newcastle.
