Doesn't quite sound like the old Patrol has the stock engine either.
The bit where he rolled and spun himself around I think was a bit of a fluke as the engine was still reving.
He was probably seeing his life flash before his eyes at that point.

It was pre-arranged and intentional as reported on one of the Arabic car forums. These guys drive their Patrols on 2 wheels on the streets (un-modified) so yeah, some crazy stuff and crazy driving is happening in that part of the world.
You gotta admit though that getting out of a situation like that does require some guts and skill, any other average driver would have panicked big time and let it roll all the way down.
I don't think it was a fluke at all.

I saw on a doco an American guy claim the world record for distance travelled on top of a lake in Iceland a few years ago.
