Re: Forum Glitches?

Dave,

If you are talking about what happened last night then it was caused by me as I was doing some changes to the forum code but fixed it straight after. If you do come across it again, post a link to the thread which is causing the problems.

Re: Forum Glitches?

Must be my computer mate....(or me). All threads but only this site, no other Internet sites.
The right hand side red border is "off the page" and I see "Vote For Thi...Top 4X4 Si.." "Alute.."
Changed zoom (stay at 100%) and refresh etc
Will play with computer settings some more

Re: Forum Glitches?

What internet browser are you using Dave? Explorer (which version) or FireFox?

I have just looked at our forum in FireFox, Explorer 6,7 and the new one IE8 and all is fine and being displayed on a single page without the need to scroll sideways.

Re: Forum Glitches?

Yeah, am signing off after this, gotta wake up in 5 hours LOL emoticon

When I get back tomorrow, I will remove the last code change I implemented which forces the signature pics to a certain size and will ask you to log-in and see if all OK, that way we'll know for sure what's causing it.

But I still need to know what internet browser you're using so I can replicate it from my end.

Have a good one.

Re: Forum Glitches?

G'Day Jalal,

I hope you enjoyed your day out.

Same problem here as well. I am using Explorer 7. It seemed alright part way during the day on the PC, but the problem is still present on laptop.

Using best settings for the laptop.

Re: Forum Glitches?

Ok guys, try it now after refreshing and closing down the explorer window as I have removed the new code. Let me know if it fixed from your end.

G'Day Jalal,

PC is working fine, but still a problem on the laptop. Dont worry about it though as it is not that much of a problem. I can work around it.
