Dear T31 owners,

All T31 Nissan Dealer servicing costs are to be recorded in the new thread I created HERE.

This will make it easier to search for both T30 and T31 owners.

Exy had her 110,000km two weeks ago, at Chano Trentins in Atherton.
As usual they were quick to complete the job.

Labour $100
Parts $27
Oil $33
Misc $11.02

Total $189

Not looking forward to the cost of the next service though.... emoticon

Re: NISSAN Service Costs Comparison T30 X-Trail

I have my 60k service due at the moment.

With the baby due in February I am really trying to tighten up my spending. From reading the threads I reckon I am up for about $350 for the 60k service from Rockdale Nissan bit I am torn as to whether or not to go to Nissan o to go to Ultratune for the service...

Is the 60k a service I should do at the dealers or do you guys reckon I'll be ok if I go to Ultratune or Midas..

No problems with the car or anything...

Also I was thinking if I change the oil and filter its might be a good way to save a bit

Comments....

Paul,

The 60K is a major service 2.2hours as per the service schedule and it is the last service in terms of the Nissan warranty, so it is a good idea to have your car throughly checked by NRMA before this service is due, so you can bring-up any warranty issue repairs to Nissan's attention and it is absolutely a good idea to have this service done at a Nissan dealer to have a record of any issues, should you need to make a claim later.

You can take your own oil, filter, plugs and brake pads to Nissan Rockdale and they won't mind and will adjust your total accordingly.

Re: NISSAN Service Costs Comparison T30 X-Trail

I just paid $694 for 40k service at a Repco Service Centre. I didn't provide any parts.

Looks like they did a good job and did a very thorough inspection. Nissan quoted be $566 for the service, although they didn't think that spark plugs needed replacing (typical of that mob of clowns).

Still, seems pretty exy compared to other service costs I'm seeing here.
