Re: Leather Care

Awesome thanks for info Paul.

I used the Leather Master cleaner and then the protection creme. Even just after cleaning the seats they came up really well, the protection creme has made them all soft and supple. I would even go as far as to say they are now more comfortable than when they were new. Looks pretty swish too. I didn't know about the white sewing around the seats, looks good!

Of course i had to take the exy for a spin to test it out, after vacuuming etc etc.

The booklet said you should repeat the protection creme application on the high use areas so i might give the drivers seat another whirl next week. The box came with the ink off pen thing too but luckily i didn't need to use it.

Well worth it the effort. I only went through about 1/3 of the cleaner bottle, and about 1/2 of the protector so i guess i should really do the new couches too before the missus finds out where my priorities were!!

Cheers,

Re: Leather Care

Guys,

I actually doubt very much that the xtrail leather seats on the T30 and T31 are "real leather", it certainly doesn't feel like real leather AND....it burns which the real leather never does.

At least it tastes like "Real Leather" that's what counts in case you get stranded and have no food left in the Waeco and need something to survive on. emoticon

I didn't go that far in my testing, but you obviously speak from experience. emoticon
