Re: T31 Fog lights

This is exactly what I want to try and do guys as I have no fog lights as std. Did you end up importing these kits Jalal?

I saw the yellow ones, they look hot i rekon so should I save myself time and so do this as I install a new fog light kit?

My auto-elect. exp is not extensive but I can change a stereo. Do you think this is something I could do myself then? If not i'll buy the bits and head down to the auto-elect.

cheers

Re: T31 Fog lights

Hi Joel,

Your earlier post of yesterday prompted me to enquire about them again from the manufacturer, as I have completely forgotten about importing them LOL emoticon

Too many things on my mind.

The aftermarket fog lights will fit perfectly in place and the only difference between them and the genuine Nissan ones, is that instead of getting the steering stalk switch like you do with the factory ones, you will get a stand-alone switch that will operate in exactly the same manner as the steering stalk.

The price of the aftermarket kit will be a fraction of the genuine nissan one.

I will update this thread as soon as I get an answer and yes, you will be able to install most of it yourself, except maybe have the dash switch wired-up by an electrician if you're not confident enough.
