4wd Monthly Magazine - November 2004 Good DIY article starting on p149 about how to use those tyre puncture repair kits (I've aready had to use on on my very first 4WD trip (Bridle Track) in our X-Trail).
And the new RAV4 gets shot down like a rabbit (or fox, depending on your preference) on p145...
There's also a mud terrain tyre comparison, but although I haven't read it yet, I assume none of the tyres tested would be available in X-Trail sizes. If you're interested, last month's 4WD Monthly compared a bunch of A/T tyres...

Re: 4wd Monthly Magazine - November 2004 I'm not a member of their site (or perhaps I was, but I can't remember my username or password, or what email address I would've used to register!) but you might want to check out http://www.4wdaction.com.au/ - they have forums and possibly members-only downloads of previous articles? If you can find it there, it'll save me having to scan the 17-page article!!!
Actually, the current issue (121) has a 31/33/35inch tyre comparo. I saw it in a newsagent earlier in the week but seeing as those sizes aren't generally suitable for the X-Trail, I didn't bother buying it.

Thanks Chris. That is the article, and saved me spending what would've taken quite a long time scanning it It might be worth posting that link to the tyre threads, and/or getting Jalal to post the link in the technical section of the main xtrail webpage.
