Re: New X-Trail

Well I have to say it doesn't look much different than the current exy. This is good cos we can get a couple of years out of ours before they really change the shape which usually means a huge price drop for 2nd hand models.

They just want you to think that way, basically the spy photos we have seen don't give-out much at all. Lets see what happens in March emoticon

Re: New X-Trail

Here's some more detail and good pics on the Nissan Rogue. Now if that rogue had been available here at my end of 2 year lease a few months ago, I would have gladly swapped and taken the hit on "superseded model" trade-ins. Who wouldn't wanna be 30 again ???

But I can't see any win if the new model is just a small change from the current exy as per pictures above. The performance set back on latest exy and meagre trade-in quotes convinced me to keep my exy another year. And I love the center speedo and the box it gives us behind the drivers wheel (for phones, navmans etc.,) and the extra blast of air-conditioning from the drivers wheel outlet - so I couldn't swap for a Toyota Rav 4 or anything else.

Guess I might just have to keep the exy a few more years..

Cheers

DOM

Re: New X-Trail

The Nissan Rouge is the Nissan Qashqai that is targeted for the US market. In Australia will be getting the Nissan Qashqai (which is exactly the same as the Rouge)

It has already been released in the UK to the dealers.

Just an over-sized hatchback or a small Murano.

Photos of the new model xtrail will more likely to appear in their final detail in March this year.

Jalal, you are just too quick.
It looks like a Murano emoticon
But they mention increasing the intake port and exhaust manifold size emoticon

Re: New X-Trail

The Murano is butt ugly. Do they actually sell any of them - I've hardly seen any on the road, maybe just one or two.

The pics of the rogue look much more stylish and less rounded to me - but then, beauty is always in the eye of the beholder...

Cheers

DOM.

Re: New X-Trail

Hi Guys,

We're getting VERY close to the official reveal of the new model xtrail and HERE is another teaser and what looks like a firm prediction of what to expect.

In turns out that the Nissan Rouge is larger than the xtrail and the Qashqai.

My apologies to Dom when I thought that the Nissan Rouge and Qashqai are the same car. They're not!

HERE is another set of spy photos of what looks like a Nissan Rouge getting modified in preparation for the design of the 2008 Nissan SUV.

I can't wait for March the 8th LOL emoticon
