THE STIG....
no sure if anyone has seen in the news but topgear (bbc show) revealed that their mysterious test driver named "the stig" is none other than Michael Schumacher the famous F1 driver. people are saying its a publicity stunt others believe its real. just thought id give it a mention.

Yeah, I have read that HERE and believe that they change stig drivers depending on which car is being test driven, so Michael was one of them for a period of time, especially when test driving a Ferrari

If you look closely, he is too thin to be the STIG.
Like Jalal said, it usually is who is available at the time unless its a touring car driver in Britain. Thats my guess.
Personaly, I like ' American STIG' when he walked out of his trailer, typical yank with curvey lines.

Just found out who the Stig is in real life ... not sure if I should post his real identity though. I'll just say that maybe Quantum of Solace has something to do with it and those die hard fans can work it out.

Confirmed in today's paper he is racing for jack Daniel's Racing team in the Bathurst this Sunday. Not sure if he's going to don the white suit or not. I'd be most surprised if he came out of no where and blitzed everyone else. Go STIG !!!
