Just one option they appear to still have left off - electrically folding mirrors.

I wonder how many T30 owners will upgrade to the new one?

Re: Series II T31 X-Trail

Looks pretty sweet, by the time they iron the bugs out of them ill be ready to upgrade again emoticon
I never liked the stereo in the T31, it was one of the things that turned me off buying a petrol one when they first came out. Nissan have a history of keeping things simple in their cars (like Toyota 4wd's).

Actually not sure if ill go the X-Trail again, unless they make it bigger i might have to fork out some more moolah and get a Patrol or Pathfinder.. see what happons with the T32..

Sorry Scot (and everybody else) but I took a short trip the weekend to see a man about some gas struts and the to see about a camper trailer. Now the gas strut man is in Tumut and the camper trailers were at a show in Batemans Bay. I live in the western sunburbs of Sydney. If you look on the map and find the route that covers those 2 places and add in a little detour via Khancoban and Bega you'll see why the Navara has an extra 1300km on the clock and I have no comparison report done yet. have patience grashoppers all will be done in the next couple of days (including pictures)....

Still hanging out for a T31 GT!

But i dont think its gonna happen...

Those wheels are sooo hot, but very similar to most VE HSV wheels on clubsports/maloos...

Re: Series II T31 X-Trail

When i asked about the sat nav head unit which you can option into the T31 the dealer told me not to bother as it was a waste of money. The main draw back was the fact that the maps can not be updated, making the whole thing rather useless in a few years. I hope they have fixed this on the series 2.

18 inch rims - hmm not so good for offroading im guessing as you wouldnt get much balooning out of them..

Will be interesting to see how they go, might sneak down to outer harbour and put my optical zoom camera to use on the customs yard that holds all the Nissans coming into Adelaide.

I do hope that this problem has been addressed. I would happily replace that clunky looking cd player/ radio with something else. I would also love to have the on board Sat-Nav. It would be hard to believe that they can not be upgraded with current maps, seeing how every portable unit is able to do this.... Fingers crossed..
