I don't think your vote was counted as the vote count should have changed to 31 votes with yours.
Please make sure you make a post in the voting thread and press the voting button after that for the vote to get added.

Voting is now closed.
Pending the official count by Rick and his team, we have won the title of Board of The Month January 2010 
Thanks to all members (and supporters) who voted for us.
The above win now automatically qualified us to take part in the big competition by end of 2010 which is Board of The Year and after winning that title in 2008, it would certainly be nice for our forum to claim the crown one more time

34 votes in total at 39% of the total votes Dave and it is no way a reflection on the active members we have. Some members could have been away from the forum and didn't get a chance to vote.
The big one is at the end of this year (January 2011 to be exact)
