Hi Roger,
Yes, I thought about that too, but I wanted the xtrail cap to be universal rather than forum specific, so maybe just the forum URL at the back will be enough.
I have now located 2 businesses in Sydney which I will be approaching shortly with designs and ideas and they have a great selection of caps in all shapes and sizes and not only that, drink holders, bags, t-shirts, you name it, they got it

Guys,
Please note that there will be 2 styles to accommodate all tastes, the normal cap (like the first one) and the bucket type of hat (like the last one).
Colours wont be a problem and I can order any colour we like, but I agree that black looks nice, so maybe the first run will be black only in both styles.
The one which has the forum logo is for illustration purposes only to show you how it'll look with the logo, but I don't plan to make a bulk order in this style because I would like to be able to make these caps available world-wide and by having the forum logo, is a bit restricting. The forum URL at the back would be good advertising for us I think.
Depending on interest we can later agree to have our own forum cap with the logo to compliment the forum sticker we already have.

Thanks Roger, what I was trying to show you is the "location" of the web address, rather than the "font/style"
I can only do so much with my PC at home, so this is the best I could come-up with to show a curved text.
