Angled Intake Spacer Possible Group-Buy
Dear Members,
I have received an offer from the CEO/Owner of WRP Technology regarding the angled intake spacer for the QR25DE engine which has been discussed in detail HERE
The retail price for this angled spacer is $229.00U.S. (excl. shipping)
The group-buy offer as follows:
If we can generate a single 10 component order, then they will list our forum as a vendor and offer us the standard vendor rate. It is 33% from list, or 153.43 USD each.
Shipping to a single delivery address of all 10 spacers would also be free.
Should members choose to have the spacers posted to them directly, a shipping charge will apply and the above free postage offer will no longer be valid.
At this stage this thread is only FYI and it is not an official group-buy thread, until we gauge interest and get more details from the US manufacturer who joined us recently as a member.

This is going to be hard to do a sneaky install. I've a feeling the package might be a bit big & I will get the question, What have you bought now? from SWMBO.

I propose having all shipped to you and then members could either pickup or have you on-ship to them (at their cost) to keep the free shipping.

This seems to be moving a little slow with only 3 out of our required 10.
Where are all the usual power addicts ?
Jalal, Noel, Jamie (Black Thunda), Jamie (woodyjbh), Dave (dave4x4), Deb (debdorro), Dan (bfa) ?
This will give us our 10 and put pressure on the supplier to get those dyno charts posted.

Any chance to convince the supplier to let us have the initial 2 test units for this special price if we consider paying postage costs for them ?

Kev,
Since I started this thread, I am tentatively in of course, pending further information from the manufacturer when he has the chance to post the dyno runs he promised to show us.
In regards to convincing the seller about your and Brett's spacer for this price, am afraid that is not possible, as you have already been quoted a reduced price ($195.00USD) when you approached him directly and the price advertised in this thread is strictly a group-buy price for a minimum of 10.
