Cannot Find Server error during backups
Hi Jalal,
Tonight when using the www.runboard.com\baustralianxtrail address to go direct to the forum main page, I got the "Server not Found" error a few times.
I then tried the old com1.runboard.com\baustralianxtrail address and I got the daily-maintenance screen as the backups were in progress.
Could you check with runboard that the www address will redirect to the daily_maintenance screen during backups.

Re: Cannot Find Server error during backups
Same here Kev and this has been reported as a bug to the Runboard developer.
You may have noticed that for the last 2-3 nights we didn't get the downtime if you were logged in using the WWW address.
This is being worked-on at the moment, as it seems tonight that "server not found" has been displayed instead of the usual "downtime" page.
