Re: Missing Calendar

Sorry Jalal, my calendar will still not work.

I went into Trusted Sites and added the addy. It made me add an "S" after the "http" as it said all entries had to be "https". It then accepted the addy. My security is set on Medium as always.

But I still can't get the calender for some reason. Any other thoughts?

PS: It doesn't work with security on "low" either.

Re: Missing Calendar

John,

Adding the "S" to the URL changes it completely and it won't reach it.

Here is what you need to do to add the URL without the "S"

Un-check the bottom box and then add the URL.

Re: Missing Calendar

Did exactly as suggested Jalal, but still no luck. Even tried it a few times.

Addy entered ok.

Tried it both with the box re-ticked and not ticked.

Re: Missing Calendar

That is strange indeed mate.

OK, try this. If you have any firewall or anti-virus programs running, try turning them off and see if you can access the site. Let me know what happens, so we can narrow it down to what's causing it.

I just tested it with the box un-ticked and you should get the following prompt if you've done correctly and pressed "close" and then "OK" boxes after adding the addy

You need to close your browser and open a new window after adding the addy to the rusted list.

Re: Missing Calendar

Turned of virus protection - no difference
Restarted computer - no difference
But, when listing the addy I did not get the prompt window you showed in your last message.
Nothing I do gets that ???

But hitting the sac now - will try another day.
cheers

Re: Missing Calendar

The only other option remains is to give your internet service provide technical help desk a buzz and ask them why you can't access this website in particular. They may have black listed the IP address of it from their end for some strange reason and will be able to tell you what's going on.
