what is the highest km's on auto diesel you have ?
i would like to here from people that have an auto t31 diesel, and what is the highest km reading so far recorded by members. has anyone gone past 100000 km yet ?? i am trying to find out how reliable they are going to be.

Might be a little too early to tell - From memory Australia only got the Diesel T31 in Aug/Sept 08. I have had mine for 8 months and done 12,000km (manual).

Yea mate, you'll be waiting a while before you see a T31 diesel with 100,000kms on it so early in the game. Mine is a 2002 and I just hit 112,000kms on it

I just clicked over 8000kms today and should hit around 12000kms at the end of my drive.
But I will probably not doo more than 1000kms a month tops with my work schedule.

Im just about to tick over 37,000km in my TL Manual and my 12 month anniversary ticks over on the 10th September ( One week from today!)
Im not sure how we will celebrate just yet, take her out for dinner (at the BP) and then a full detail and polish i think... or go fishing down at the murray mouth...
I was doing about 33,000km a year in my T30 and it was still in pretty good nick when i divorced, er i mean, traded her in. I reakon the Diesel is a keeper.

My manual diesel was probably one of the first few registered in Oz - 3 Aug 08 - it's birthday was celebrated with another long country run. However I have slowed down on the kms I was clocking and it clicked over 35,000 last week. It means I also get to use my other favourite car which I have had since 2001 - a VW Bora V6 4Motion (a little sleeper).
My work colleague did an 18mth study on what he would purchase to fit his requirements, including a racing bicycle and yesterday ordered a TS auto. Asked him why and apart from the load area being the largest and absolutely flat, believes it is a very good and honest offering.

WOW, that is quite a long study and research to buy a car LOL
Some brand cars would probably cease to exist in that period of time

Well I can beat you John, mine was registered 1st August!! I've just clocked over 39000 kms, and I am also using mine for work, hence the high kms.
A big factor is my purchase was also the large and flat load area.
Mine is a manual though so can't help specifically on the auto question, but so far it is going very well!
