Re: Very Very New!
Hi Thea, I couldn't do without my sports car, so I have a Nissan 300ZX TT as well as my XTrail.

Re: Very Very New!
I must admit... I have had many of different vehicles over the past 40 years and I must say the Xey is likely will be topping my list... my second fav would be my VW Scirrco but I was a youngin then and liked the speed... my longest own would be the Van... 14 years.... the body finally gave out (come to think of it... so has mind... )
This Xey will provide me the style for my driving, hauling and camping for a few years....
Enjoy

That crossed my mind too Ian, the RX8 was so brilliant for overtaking the road trains here in the outback, but then as you say, how "brilliant" is it really to get up to 180kmh in seconds.
Perhaps sitting calmly behind the road trains (while they push the roos and emus off the road in front of you!!) might be a little more sensible... possibly saving trauma to both myself.... and my shiny new XT!
Hopefully I will remember these words when I am next cursing the road train in front and unable to get enough speed up to pass. Remembering that I'm now an "Exy"!!! Time to chill out!!! Relax and enjoy the ride!!!
Hi Thea,
I just came from a drive out west (Moree, NSW) over the weekend and encountered many road trains. Trust me, put your foot down in your new Exy and you'll have no troubles overtaking them. But be warned, keep an eye on the speedo because when you look down and you're doing 160 - 170, you'll think there is something wrong with the speedo as it feels like it's cruising along at 100.
And, if you have a bit of bad luck like I've had in the past, bet ya pounds to the dollar there'll be your friendly 'boys in blue' sitting off the side of the road.
Enjoy your Exy when you get it mate and to the forum.
