Intro (New T31 Series 2 TL)

Hi,

I am in South Australia and have been considering an X-Trail TL for about a year. I just went to order it this week and the dealer told me I would be getting a Series 2 (MY10).

I am told the price has gone up $2,000 but I now get new alloy wheels, bluetooth, reversing camera, sat nav, and some other stuff (I forgot to write down).

The dealer said all X-Trails wholesaled after 1-Dec-09 will be this new model.

Cheers,
Ian

Hi Ian and welcome to the forum.

Your member number is X-1436

Glad to have you as a formal member.

Your post has automatically granted you Regular Membership status and access to most (but not all) forum sections. You now have the option to upgrade to Full Membership to gain access to all forum sections (details HERE).

This is quite interesting indeed and was done quietly as I haven't heard about it at all. Will do some checks tomorrow and get it confirmed emoticon

There is a lot of useful information around the various threads and I am sure you will be quite busy reading it all.

Please use the search feature of the forum first and post any questions you may have into existing threads where possible. Try to avoid creating a new thread if the topic is already covered, thanks.

Let us know if you need any help with any aspect of the forum and we will be more than happy to assist.

We have set-up quite an extensive forum guide section which you may like to refer to for help and it can be found HERE

As a new member you are encouraged you to familiarize yourself with the following section of the forum: Site Navigation & Forum Guides

If you could update your location and add your name and Exy model (when you get it) into your signature of the Miscellaneous section of the Control Panel it would help us all to answer any future questions you might have.

Enjoy your stay with us and let us know if you need any help.

With some of those extras you would be happy?

Nope Kev, the adventure doesn't have sat. nav.

Assuming it is the in-dash sat. nav and not one of those cheap stand-alone sat. navs that Nissan usually gives away with new car purchases.

Hi Ian emoticon
You started something within the forum because Jalal always finds out about new models and latest news, reviews, etc: well before a lot of us do.
Somehow Nissan have kept this one under the radar.
Do you have any pics of it yet or ven can you list the extras that are in the sales brochure?
Tony

It's probably best to continue this discussion over here (http://www.runboard.com/baustralianxtrail.f8.t127686)

Re: Intro (New T31 Series 2 TL)

Hi Ian; emoticon to the forum.
We are starting to get a good membership group, happening over there, in the city of the churches.
Congratulations on your purchase, sounds like you are certainly, getting your $2000 worth of goodys.
Any idea when you will take delivery???
I think there is an outing coming up soon, over your way.
Have a look at the meetup section.
If you are after goodys, check out the online shop, or have a look in the members rides section, @ Scot & Wendy's "Sexy Exy;" it is a mobile billboard of what can be put on an Exy.

If you haven't already done so; could you please click the flashing button, up the top of the page, which says Vote for our forum.;
After you do this, could you drop into the announcements section, (vote for our site) & let everyone know how we are going in the position race.
If everyone votes for the forum each day, we can climb up the listing, & show everyone that the X-Trail does rock the world..
Thanx for that. emoticon
