A consumer relations rep doesn't have the power to make a change of the product line-up within Nissan Canada, they can only pass-on feedback they receive to the Product Manager.
Each vehicle within Nissan Canada would have a dedicated product manager and you need to get this feedback across to the X-Trail Product Manager in Nissan Canada, as he's the one who pulled the plug on it in the first place and is probably looking after the Nissan Rouge at the moment.

Re: Free Advertising for the forum by accident! at that feedback session... there was an "underly" product manager as well as a PR person... I guess I will as this customer rep for the product manager name.
btw... the rogue never came up as a sub for the xey... in their mind it was a new product to kick start the cross over vehicles.
