Well done Taylor emoticon

Make sure you contribute to the CAI thread HERE and don't forget to replace the Cosmo filter with a K&N (it's a must) to notice even more improvement.

Re: The Platinum Projectile

Got 18" Murano alloys 2 weeks ago. Courtesy of a forum member. I put Falken FK452 245/45/R18's ($250ea fitted) on the rims and fitted them asap (tried getting yokohama avs550's but yokohama told me they had discontinued that tyre, i called a few tyre shops and one place had the tyres but because they were now unavailable they wanted $400 a tyre). Pics below. Sorry bad pics because car is dirty and too sunny. Will take some better pics soon

Admin Edit: Photos converted to thumbnail. Time to switch to ImageShack Taylor, so I don't have to do this again for all future pics you post on the forum.

Hahaha Thanks Jalal, will do.

Re: The Platinum Projectile

Very nice Taylor. Time to have them chromed LOL emoticon

I had the Falken FK452 tyres before the Yokomahas and they were good, but very noisy on the road and they get noisier when they wear-out. It's a shame that the AVS550 got discontinued, but I know where to find it in Sydney emoticon

Re: The Platinum Projectile

Thanks Jalal, i dont know about having them chromed, dont wana be another chrome warrior hahah. i found the tyres are fairly quiet, canberra roads are abit rougher than sydney roads. i noticed how nice and smooth they are when i visited the house of chrome last weekend. I put everything on the car in the last week. VERY VERY HAPPY with the new goodies, just need to lower it now, goin to put the side steps on the tarmac haha . took me like 5 hours to wire brush, prep and paint the front cailpers. Going to do the rears this weekend. Pics below

Re: The Platinum Projectile

Yeh the blue is pretty bright, especially with the lime green pads. i like it. the bonnet struts are in there, the pic of the engine bay would have a big bar (bonnet stay) though the middle of it if i didnt remove it when i put the struts on. il make sure to include a shot of them in my next post emoticon
