In what season did Grace change the most?

Probably season's two and five
A lot of characters influenced and changed Grace, but who do you feel caused Grace to change the most, directly or indirectly?
I will go with Del and Honey. Del changed Grace by giving her advice and helping her find the self confidence to change while Honey helped her change by just being there for her as a friend.

I would tend to agree Grace did have many influential people in her life, and took from then certain aspects. Yes Del did influence her in to becoming more self condident. Which did motivate her to get a job. I think, it was part of her becoming more aware of what was out there and what she could achieve.
