I used to visit All Recipes but I've found a new favorite in Epicurious, which has published as well as user-posted recipes available. I like their layout very much as well, and the options available to you should you wish to print out the recipes, save them, etc.

I am always interested in how to make spicy, not too hot meals, with as much fresh ingredients as possible.

Re: Cooking Websites we love Indian food. i love the food tv website but we have so much fun exploring the different Indian restaurants in our local neighborhoods. I also enjoy curry chicken salad and a curry cous cous.
