Re: cell phones Yes! I don't mind people using them sometimes, but it's frustrating talking to someone who is distracted by other things, because they are out while talking to you. (sometimes it's necessary...like I have a friend whose cell phone doesn't work at her home, so she called one day from a store, so I didn't mind...it was nice just getting to talk to her) Also, talking on them while driving is annoying...especially if it's affecting your driving... and if you're out with someone and hardly ever see that person, it's rude when they spend half their time on the phone - even more so, when they are just talking to people they see all the time.
Re: cell phones yes! i think they are annoying and used to much but i want one but i'm not going to be on it all the time. i hate when ur trying to talk to someone and then they are texting ppl and not paying any mind to what you are saying i just want to take theh phone and trow it
