Re: The Supporting Character Appreciation Topic
Ok, am I strange in liking Clive Pettibone? He hasn't been mentioned yet. Despite his militant personality, he was a great father and friend.
I also love Abner Jeffries and chef Pierre. And the gossips! What would Avonlea be without its gossips?

Re: The Supporting Character Appreciation Topic
Oooh! I love Clive! He reminds me of my father. Kind of hard on the outside but really just a big softie. He's a good guy.
I agree with Shelly on post-Felicity Arthur. Much better then. And of course Izzy-and I'll throw in my bits of Pierre and Tremaine as well-I just watched Heirs and Graces/Hearts and Flowers today and *man* those two are funny.

Oh,yes, I forgot about Simon... I do love a Scottish accent. I always want to give him a hug watching his disappointment in "Lonley Hearts" when he discovers Hetty is after Clive's basket, rather than his. Poor guy!
