Hello from Petal!
Hello BJ and everyone here - I'm Petal, from the Anything Goes group of boards.
This looks like a great board - I'm not in to diets and weight loss per se, but I am diabetic and so I always like to find new thoughts and ideas about healthy foods. Healthy eating is a way of life, rather than a diet, I think!
Having said that, I also cheat .. eeek!
Please pop over and have a look at AG and the other boards - we have some fun stuff going on there, and we welcome new friends and would love to see you joining in the chat etc.
