Weight Watchers Frozen Dinners
Okay, I am trying these meals for the first time. After that scare I had with my blood sugar diving down, I talked to myself and I am going to get this under control again. I am starting to go back to Curves. I will try the fettucine and broccole dinner today. I hope I like them. I checked the little chart on the box to see how much sugar and carbs, etc.. and it is better than what I have been eating. Val, do you really like these meals or do you just tolerate them?

Personally I don't like many frozen meals like that. My Mom likes Lean Cuisine but just a few of them, not all - she said none of the chicken is any good but she really likes the Fish dinners.
I do remember trying the WW dinners years ago and only one stands out that I liked and that was the one you mentioned. It was in an Alfredo sauce. I don't think I liked any of the other ones.
Sorry I'm not much help with that. Try asking the question on Brand New Day, I know my Mom can tell you which ones to avoid.
