Baked Apple Dumpling

Baked Apple Dumpling

1 sliced medium size granny smith apple
~1/8 c. Splenda (or how ever much you want)
1.5 tsp. cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons reduced fat Bisquick

combine all ingredients and MIX WELL.
Pour into a casserole Pyrex dish (don't coat with
Pam or anything) and bake in a preheated oven at
350 for 12-15 minutes, or until desired consistency
is achieved. I usually keep it in for 12 minutes.

Pour into a bowl and top with a couple tablespoons of ff cool whip!
