Mushroom "nuts"

Drain 2 cans of mushrooms, squeeze out the water really good (wrap them in paper towels and squeeze some more) spread them out on a cookie sheet, spray with PAM and sprinkle with a little salt and garlic powder. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes, turn them, and bake for 5-10 minutes longer until they are nearly dried out and become chewy little nut-like things.

This idea is from Weight Watchers in the 70s, I remembered doing it back then, they referred to it as "nuts", well, that's a stretch of the imagination but they are good anyway, and a free (now called 0-point) vegetable.
