Alba Pineapple Candy
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple...drained really well.
1 envelope chocolate *Alba Shake Mix...Dry....... don't mix it with water or milk.
Mix the pineapple in the dry Alba mix and mix well.
Spoon tablespoon size "blobs" onto a freezer safe plate and freeze until solid.
They taste like little chocolate candy bars!
Makes 6-8 blobs.
Whole thing = 2 points (and counts as a milk and a fruit!)
*You can use WW chocolate smoothie mix for this also.
