Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Cheese Cake

2/3 cup water
1 small box sugar free lemon Jello
1 8 oz. block of Fat Free cream cheese
1 cup FF cottage cheese
2 graham crackers
2 cups Fat Free Cool Whip

Crush up the graham crackers and sprinkle in 8X8 pan (save a few crumbs for a garnish on top)

Boil the water and add the Jello, stir until dissolved.
Let this cool for at least 10 minutes.

Pour Jello into a blender and add the cream cheese and cottage cheese, blend well.

Pour into a large bowl and add the 2 cups of Cool Whip and fold until well mixed.

Pour into the 8x8 pan and Chill at least 6 hours or overnight.

Cut into 6 pieces.
Each piece = 2 points
