Low Cal/Point Hummus



Low Cal/Point Hummus

1 can drained Chick Peas
1 T. Olive oil
1/8 tsp finely minced garlic
1/8 cup Lemon Juice
Salt to taste

Combine in food processor, puree until smooth.

Whole recipe = approx 1 1/2 cups = 8 points
1/2 cup Hummus = 2.5 (2.66)
1/4 cup = 1.5 (1.33)
1/8 cup or 2 T. = .5 (.66)

Serve with toasted pita bread, baked Tostidos, or whole grain crackers. Or wrap it in a soft tortilla with lettuce, tomato & onion.
