The OLD WW Program from 30 yrs ago

Thanks to my friend Betty I have an old Menu Planner with the little squares that you checked off as you ate them.

For Women, per day

Fruit --------------- 3
Vegetables - at least 3 (1/2 cup servings)
Fat -----------------3 (a serving size = 1 tsp)
Protein (ounces) ---- 6
Bread group --------- 3
Milk group -----------2
Floating choice ------ 1 (chose any category)
You also have 100 optional calories to use for whatever

Weekly Limits:

Eggs ------- 3
Cheese ----- 4 oz
Meat (red) -- 12 oz
Organ meats - 4 oz

Ahhhhh no processed foods too I'll bet.

Who eats ORGAN meats anymore????

I did well with this sort of formula then they changed it and I didn't do so good. I did how ever try again 5 years ago and lost 10kgs I managed that one okay but once again introduced a new program when I was half way and I feel off the wagon didn't I.

Yes, they are always changing it. They think it's a good thing but everyone complains when they do it!
