Lower Carb WW Guide

Lower Carb WW Guide

If you want to follow WW AND Low Carb here are their guidelines. My suggestion would be to use foods that are below 50 on the Glycemic Index as your main choices for your carbs.

Info taken from The Right Mix guidelines in the week 6 book. (Note: Points given are for those weighing 225 or less -- The less you weigh use the lower end of the range)

Fruits & Vegetables - 0-1 point (most veggies are 0 points so you can eat lots and lots of veggies and salads to fill you up.)
Milk & Milk products - 4-6 points
Protein-rich foods - 8-10 points
Grain-based foods - 4-8 points
Added sugars, fats & alcohol - 2-4 point
