So, do you knit? Go for a walk? Call a friend?

Let us know what you do to distract yourself from eating when you shouldn't be, and how it works!

Watching TV always makes me want to snack so I'm better off when I'm not watching. I have my few favorite shows but I quit watching TV just to have something to do. I find other things to do instead. I call a friend or one of my sisters or mom, or I go online and read on a WW board for inspiration! Or sometimes I'll get out my WW material and go over it, maybe plan my menu for the week, etc. What works for me is NOT sitting in front of the TV.

Well, it continues to be difficult. I don't watch tv that much. But I did start only eating one snack at night. I don't snack inbetween meals.
