They have changed the program!

The big announcement is out. There is no more CORE! OMG!

Anyway, I guess what they're saying is that in order to stay on program they have found that you need to log your points. So they have now come up with a new program called

MOMENTUM

I'll find out more about it on Tuesday at my meeting. I tried to find info on the WW.com website but that site runs so slow for me I just didn't have the patience.

I can understand what they are saying about CORE though. I started out doing really good on it, not counting points. Then I got to eating too much again. So back to program for me. I'll just count points the old way until Tuesday.

Basically they want you to count your points like always. Write everything down. They want you to choose your foods mainly from the CORE list and not eat so much processed foods. Eat more lean meats, fruit, veggies, whole grains, nuts. Eat healthy foods more often, other stuff less often. Eat until you start to feel satisfied and then stop. Don't stuff yourself. Your bite it you write it.
