How to raise your metabolism


Get the fires burning with these metabolism picker-uppers!

Eat spicier! Add Black Pepper, Ginger, Mustard, and Chile Peppers to your food often!

Add more muscle!

Drink 8 glasses of water a day!

Take Omega 3 Fatty Acid Supplements or add more flax, hemp seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, salmon, mackerel and herring to your diet.

Drink Green Tea!

Drink Coffee!

Be sure to get your B-Vitamins, especially B-12!

Lay off the alcohol!

Eat breakfast. When you skip it or eat too late in the morning your body is already cutting back your metabolism.

Exercise daily!

Avoid too much sugar!

Do deep-breathing techniques several times a day!

Eat smaller meals spread out through the day instead of only 2 or 3 large meals.

Eat some protein with each meal.
