Susan Powter?
I got the books out: Stop the Insanity! and Food! and have nearly finished reading them (well, the good parts anyway) and I'm going to stop eating so much beef. I need to switch to more chicken, turkey and fish. I realize that I'm eating an awful lot of fat, and saturated fat at that. I have been eating beef as my number one choice lately. and I don't know how that happened. I didn't even like beef for the longest time, couldn't stand to smell it cooking and had a hard time making it for Jim when he wanted it. Then my tastes changed and I was eating it, then eating more of it, and now it seems like it's the main meat I choose.
Stop the Insanity! Too much FAT!!!!
And speaking of Susan Powter, I just ordered one of her low fat cookbooks from Amazon, and one of her workout videos too.
Does anyone remember her? Did anyone here ever follow her program?

What I like about her workout videos is that she has different levels doing the exercise at the same time. That way, if you are a beginner you follow one person; if you're intermediate you follow another person; and if you are advanced you follow her. That is so helpful!
