Low Fat Alfredo Sauce with Pasta & Broccoli



Low Fat Alfredo Sauce with Pasta & Broccoli for 2

Servings: 2
WW Points each serving: 5

Prep Time: 25 minutes (mostly just waiting for water to boil and pasta to cook!)

Sauce:
In a small cup or bowl mix:
2 T. Fat Free Cream Cheese- 0.5
2 T. Low Fat Margarine - 0.5
2 T. Fat Free Miracle Whip - 0.5
4 T. Grated Cheese - 1.5
1 tsp. Molly McButter or Butter Buds (if you don't have this just add another T of LF margarine) - 0

4 oz. dry weight - Any Pasta (preferably whole grain or the 1/2 and 1/2 kind) - 7

2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli pieces - 0

Cook the Noodles or Pasta according to directions on box, but during the last 3 minutes of cooking time add the broccoli pieces.

Pour pasta & brocc. into a strainer and immediately scrape the Alfredo Mixture into the hot pot and stir until it begins to melt. Then pour the pasta/broc back into the pot and stir until coated.

Add salt & fresh ground pepper.

Optional but really good: Cut up a fresh tomato and mix in with pasta & broccoli just before serving. (adds no WW points to total)
